Terms of Service
- By commissioning me, you are agreeing to My Terms of Service
- I have the rights to reject any projects if it’s not within the range of my skills.
- I have the rights to reject any projects if it makes me uncomfortable in any way.
- I reserve the full rights to the art/output and its use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon for commercial purpose.
- Failure to comply with the T.O.S will be warranted a permanent ban/block and will be blacklisted from future commissions.
PAYMENT
- Payments can be upfront or partial.
- At least 50% must be paid after the approval of the sketch; Then the other 50% must be paid once finished.
- Payments must be paid through Paypal or Gcash (for local preferability)
- Payments/Commissioning through VGen, Gank or Ko-fi are okay (for International)
- STRICTLY NO REFUNDS
PRIVACY FEES
- A privacy fee of 20% of the base price will be charged.
- There will be NO livestream or work-in-progress(WIP) posted on any social media platforms unless permitted by the client.
